Freeport Project.

This living room was such a special project for a young family who each brought their own unique style to the table—one loved traditional details, the other leaned more modern. My role was to find that perfect middle ground, and what we landed on is what I like to call “warm modern.” It’s a cozy, welcoming space with clean lines, soft textures, and just the right touch of classic charm. Since this was their main living area, it needed to work hard—comfortable and practical for everyday life, but still polished enough to entertain guests. We chose durable materials, layered in warmth through textiles and lighting, and made sure every piece had purpose. The end result feels like them—balanced, stylish, and totally livable
