This one-bedroom loft in Edmonton started as a raw, industrial space—but the client had a clear vision: modern, inviting, and uniquely personal. What I call warm modern became the guiding direction. Designed to feel bold yet welcoming, the family room sets the tone for the entire loft.

We introduced a wood-clad ceiling to soften the space and add warmth against the industrial backdrop. Custom lighting highlights the architectural lines, and the exposed brick—extended across key walls—adds texture and cohesion. At the client’s request, his motorcycle became a dramatic focal point, anchoring the room with personality and presence.
